TerranScapes ~ Custom Orders

TerranScapes is implementing a new system for custom orders for the 2010.

Below is the work queue for custom work. The queue has a maximum of 6 slots and as projects are completed, new names and projects can be added. Once a project reaches the top 3 slots, a deposit for the project will requested. Because it is very difficult to predict how long it will take to complete some custom projects, estimated times for completion are only provided for the top three slots.

To be added to the work queue, please contact me using the contact page when a slot becomes available. I do ask that visitors refrain from requests to be on a 'waiting list' for the work queue when slots are not available. I have been uncomfortable with long wait times for recontacting customers regarding custom work and this system is an attempt to create a more transparent queue that is easy to manage. However, if you have had previous custom work done and would like additions to that work, please contact me as I do try to give priority to past customers.

Please Note that minor changes to normal store orders, such as altering flock colors, specific dimensions for tree stands, changing ground colors, etc. are not considered custom work and do not need to be added to queue. If you are unsure if your project qualifies as custom work, please feel free to contact me.
