Shipping Costs
The shopping cart for Paypal has preset shipping costs for various price intervals.
The amount charged for shipping, via the shopping, cart is accurate
only up to $200 in purchases. Domestic orders over $200 and all international
orders will have additional shipping charges once the items are packaged and
ready for mailing. If you have any questions regarding what shipping charges
on a large order might be prior to placing an order, please contact me and
I will provide you with a better estimate.
U.S. Shipping
Shipping in the United States is usually done by priority mail through the
USPS. This shipping takes 2-3 days. For large packages, parcel post offers
a much cheaper rate and will be selected when appropriate. Parcel post usually
takes about 5-9 days to arrive.
Due to varying work orders and constantly fluctuating stock levels, the time it will take to ship your order will vary. Current estimates for shipping time range around 6 weeks depending on the order. Providing your email address with your purchase allows me to contact you to let you know when you purchases ship.
Important Note: If you have moved recently, your Paypal address may not be correct (this has happened for several customers). This can result in additional fees as parcel post items that are returned are charged for return postage. Please check your Paypal address before placing an order if you have any reason to believe it may need updating.
International Shipping
International buyers have several options for shipping and can request packages
to be shipped via the following methods:
- Express Mail International (3-5 days to arrive) - higher cost and insurable
- Priority Mail International (6-10 days) - Medium cost and insurable
- First Class International (formerly Air Letter Post) (?? days)- Lowest cost but not insurable (available for small packages only)

Shipping fees for other countries are higher than the calculated fees on the shopping cart page. In order to add in the additional cost required please include your email address with your purchase and indicate how you would like your package shipped and whether you would like it insured.
Paypal allows me to send you a request for the additional amount, even if your not a paypal account user. I will send you a request for the needed amount after I have packaged your purchase.
Postal Insurance
Insurance is strongly recommended on all international orders and on any domestic orders that total more than $50. This policy is for the peace of mind of myself and you, the buyer. Frequently, international orders can get hung up in customs for unspecified periods of times and the thought that a valuable purchase may have been lost does not make for an enjoyable buying experience.
Please note that TerranScapes cannot assume any liability for packages that are shipped uninsured. While generally my experience with the postal service has been positive and reliable, accidents and lost packages do rarely occur. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
Returns

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please
return the item and your original purchase costs will refunded. Please notify
me of your intent to return an item and indicate when the item shipped.
